
We, an NGO that is developing to a regional and global scale, need several supporting staff, academics in international relations, communications and cyber security (IT)
A. Experts in the field of International Relations
- Mastering political science, global studies, preferably those with a doctoral degree (Ph.D.), who are still working as permanent lecturers or qsenior researchers at universities or state institutions.
- Mastering theories of issues that are developing around international relations, diplomacy, global political economy, international law, and regional studies.
- Able to compile simple reports that are relevant to global issues.
- Actively participating in international and national academic conferences.
- Being part of a professional association (eg International Studies Association, ISA).
- Involved in international research collaboration or inter-university cooperation.
- Male, Indonesian Nationality.
- Stay in Jakarta are preferred
B. Research Consultant
- Familiarity with goverment affair is required. Those who are currently employed or have government work experience are preferred
- Malaysian citizen under 55 years old
- Experience in field research, interviews, FGDs, surveys, or quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.
- Mastering research methods relevant to project needs:
- Skilled in communication and writing
C. Cybersecurity
- College students or those with professional specialities will be given priority.
- Mastering the field of cybersecurity or cryptography.
- Understand operating systems, networks, application security, cryptography and knowledge of encryption algorithms, hashing, malware, phishing, DDoS, and other types of cyber attacks.
- Practical skills, able to test system vulnerabilities, digital footprint tracking, incident investigation, prepare and implement cyber emergency response plans, etc.
- Some internationally recognized certifications:
- Able to manage information security policies in the organization.
- Able to communicate and explain technical problems to non-technical parties (eg management).
- Able to work well in a team or independently
- Work experience or portfolio, personal projects, contributions to the open-source community, bug bounty, or CTF (Capture the Flag).
